Drop in program. Co-ed senior fitness class instructed by Physical Therapist, Dana Tardif, with focus on strength and balance at your own pace. Fee is per person, per day.
Building open at 8 AM to walk for a warm up in advance of the class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and is included in the drop in fee for the class.
