The Fitness Court® is designed for adults of all ages, abilities and fitness levels. Take your exercise outside enjoying Fresh Air and Sunshine while listening to motivating music!
FUNctional Circuit Training: Participants will rotate through the 7 zones to get a full body workout working on mobility, balance, strength and flexibility. The 7 movements are but not limited to: Core, Squat, Push, Lunge, Pull, Agility and Bend. You can check out these movements on their free Fitness Court App or their website!!
Modifications/options will be offered at all stations to accommodate everyone!!

Program Date: Wednesday's, May 7th - June 4th
Program Time: 5:30-6:30pm
Program Location: Fitness Court at the VFW (VFW Road off of Canoe Club Road)
Program Fee: $25.00 pp
Program Registration Minimum: 8
Program Registration Maximum: 14
Program Registration Deadline: May 5th
Program Equipment/Supplies Required: Sneakers & Comfortable Workout Clothing; Water Bottle, a Larger Towel/Yoga Mat, and anything else to keep you comfortable. (Light workout gloves, sun glasses, bug spray, etc.)
