Photo & Video Permission
I understand that photographs and/or video recordings may be taken during programs, activities, or events put on by Hampden Recreation. I hereby grant permission for the use of photographs, video, or other digital media images of the participant listed above for lawful purposes, including promotional materials, websites, social media, flyers, brochures, advertisements, and news releases. I understand these images may be used without further notification or compensation.
Release of Liability
I release and hold harmless Hampden Recreation, its employees, volunteers, and representatives from any claims arising from the use of such photographs or videos.
