Drop in program. Co-ed senior fitness class instructed by Physical Therapist, Dana Tardif, with focus on strength and balance at your own pace. Fee is per person, per day.
Building open at 8:30 AM to walk for a warm up in advance of the class on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and is included in the drop in fee for the class.
Mats and Weights are provided along with disinfectant wipes, but feel free to bring your own!
