Fundamentals of Softball - 5:30-6:30pm
This clinic will focus on the basic mechanics of softball. Will break down the basic mechanics of throwing and work on strengthening to help care for your arm. Well also work in fielding mechanics with proper glove work and footwork. Then we'll work on some hitting mechanics to improve power and consistency.
Pitching Basics - 6:30-7:30pm
This clinic is meant for girls that are just starting to learn pitching or want to start learning. This clinic will focus on the basic form of pitching, starting from the ground up. Bring someone to catch for you and your glove.
