Requirements to register for this level: Must be able to swim width of pool using beginner stroke without assistance or flotation, float on front and back without assistance, kicking and finning on back without assistance. Class is taught in deep water.Children build endurance and learn to tread water. Students concentrate on stroke efficiency for front crawl and backstroke. Elementary backstroke and rotary breathing is introduced. For completion, student must swim one width of pool front crawl and backstroke using proper breathing and arm movements and pass deep end test. Promoted to Advanced Beginner.

Deadline to register your team is Friday, June 26, 2026, or until league fills at 6 teamsGame Play will occur Monday evenings. The season will begin July 6th and go until August 3rd. Games will be 6 pm, 7:15 or 8:30 pm start times. One game per week scheduled. 2026 Rules are included in a link below. Rules along with any Procedures for Play will be emailed to Team designee from registration before the first game if not before. 4 Team Min6 Team MaxTeam shirts/uniforms are required. A minimum of 7 players must be wearing team shirts for game play.Make up games will be determined based on weather.

Requirements to register for this level: Must be able to swim width of pool using beginner stroke without assistance or flotation, float on front and back without assistance, kicking and finning on back without assistance. Class is taught in deep water.Children build endurance and learn to tread water. Students concentrate on stroke efficiency for front crawl and backstroke. Elementary backstroke and rotary breathing is introduced. For completion, student must swim one width of pool front crawl and backstroke using proper breathing and arm movements and pass deep end test. Promoted to Advanced Beginner.

Requirements to register for this level: Must be able to swim width of pool using beginner stroke without assistance or flotation, float on front and back without assistance, kicking and finning on back without assistance. Class is taught in deep water.Children build endurance and learn to tread water. Students concentrate on stroke efficiency for front crawl and backstroke. Elementary backstroke and rotary breathing is introduced. For completion, student must swim one width of pool front crawl and backstroke using proper breathing and arm movements and pass deep end test. Promoted to Advanced Beginner.

You must pre-pay for the entire session. Private lesson per class fees are $23 Hampden Resident and $30 Non Hampden Resident. Discounts apply for Lura Hoit Pool membership $18 Hampden Resident and $25 Non Resident
Your private lesson time slot will be available to you for the current session only.
You must give a minimum of 3 hour notice for a cancellation or you will be charged for that day 862-4305 NO EMAILS PLEASE
You will ONLY be allowed 2 credited cancellations per session, all other cancellations or no call/no show will be charged at daily rate
No credits or refunds for withdrawals after 2 weeks.
